The 10-Minute AI Subscription Audit (Before You Pay for Another Tool)

Most people building something online with AI do not have a tool problem. They have a tool pile. One app for writing, one for images, one for video, one for code, each with its own monthly bill, and a quiet feeling that a better model will launch next month and make the whole stack look old. Before you add another subscription, spend ten minutes on this audit. It costs nothing and it often shows where the money is leaking.
The 10-minute audit
- List every AI tool you pay for. Include the ones you forgot about.
- Write the monthly cost next to each one. Add it up. Seeing the total in one place helps.
- Note the last day you opened each tool. Be honest.
- Mark any two that do the same job. Overlap is where money disappears.
- Write what each one produced this month. A finished thing you published or delivered counts. A saved draft does not.
- Check the limits. Did you hit a usage cap in the last 30 days? Is client work allowed under the licence?
- Decide: keep it, test it properly, or cancel it.
A worked example: one-time pricing and the word "unlimited"
Some launches now pitch the opposite of a subscription. GeminiPrime AI, from vendor Pranshu Gupta (Bizomart) and sold on LaunchPad, says you pay once and get lifetime access to Gemini models plus image, video, music, research and coding tools in one workspace, with a commercial licence and a 30-day refund. Our review lists the checkout price as $17 on October 9, plus 8 optional upgrades. We built that review from the vendor's own pages and have not tested the app hands-on.
Run it through the audit and the questions are obvious. What does "unlimited, no credit limits" mean in practice? The vendor's pages do not explain how it is supported at that price. Are the bonus models the official ones? Not explained either. Is there a fair-use rule? Read the terms in the members area. The 30-day refund window is where those answers belong, not a sales page.
What an audit cannot do
It will not tell you which tool earns money. That depends on what you build, who you serve and whether you finish things. No tool can promise income.
Our full review rates GeminiPrime AI 4.0 out of 5 and lists every price, upgrade and mismatch between the vendor's pages: GeminiPrime AI review. The cart closes on Oct 14 at 11:59 PM EDT, per the vendor.
